Functioned as described. Nice bright lights. Take note of the measurements and get the right size. These are a little larger than I needed. The description says they can be bent and cut, but I haven't done that. The flashing functions worked as described. I can see lots of possibilities for these in Halloween decorations. I don't know if this is a good price as I have nothing to compare it to. However, this is definitely a unique product and I've not seen anything like this in either electronics or holiday decorations before. Overall I would recommend these.

Started flickering and smoking causing a fire hazard. Very dangerous. Would not buy.

These are nice battery operated panels and light up really well. Going to use them on some of our Halloween decorations, but I can think of a lot of uses for them. They work great.
