3 month new Olpro Pod to park my ebike.Tent was in 10 minutes totall loss during the first summerstorm. Bad, thin quality of tent fabric nylon. Vendor refuged to fulfill the warranty claim. Bad service! :(

We had an issue with the courier, looks like someone there pressed the wrong button. Unfortunately we went through the normal process trying to resolve the issue, which messed things up further. However, a quick phone call to OLPRO, direct, and the issue was resolved in no time. Now we have a great utility tent.Thanks Claire
