The item was described as new, I purchased it then this is what came. It's not new, but a very much used item with scratches, damage and dust, used for maybe years. It is incorrect to missleading to scam people like that and try to remove my review... let them see.

Der Dongle ist in der Verbindung um einiges schneller als der Vorgänger, nur leider konnte ich keine weiterem Codiermöglichkeiten zum Vorgänger entdecken. Für einen VW TRoc Baujahr 24 umbrauchbar, Verbing bricht immer bei 37 % ab, wir wohl an den neuen Richtlinien der EU liegen☹️ Für mich also kein großer Vorteil zum Vorgänger und geht deshalb zurück.

Habe ihn gebraucht für mein Carista System, sehr sehr schnelle Verbindung bleibt stabil und kann man schön verstauen Eine Schutzkappe ist dabei alles perfekt

The instructions work, so I highly recommend them. I purchased the Evo unit, and got a deal on the app. It worked very well with my Samsung s21 ultra in the parking lot of my place. Bluetooth was smooth and fast. I changed the battery in my VW Golf mk8, and needed to register it. It worked perfectly for that. Done in a matter of minutes. Actually saved quite a lot when compared to doing it at a dealer, and don't really trust anyone else because I don't know anyone here yet. There are already changes that I have made to my display for accessibility reasons. My vision is not that great. Changed the speedometer and some other things. It's just a fantastic little device, and it works well with the app which is I must say very good for my purpose. Others may need something more extensive, and even pay less. I got what I wanted for the money I spent, and I'm not finished enjoying it yet. Also I talked to Ali on the phone, and he was super informative and very easy to understand and so far as technical things. I am new at this, so I really liked the reassurance of knowing. I'd like to thank them for that. Five stars from me.

Been a carista customer since 2016 for multiple Audi, VW & Porsche. So far i really appreciate the new slick Evo design and same goes for the app, easy to work it.The lifetime subscription is well worth it too, i sue it at my shop for fast scan & customisation, (i prefer a subscription with unlimited cars/changes rather than buying credits like their competitor do, OBDeleven ).
